Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions between us and yourself. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully.

Customer Orders:
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

We accept payment via Paypal or Cheque Bank Transfer or cash on collection. Once your payment has been made and cleared, you will receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging the receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your purchase creates a legally binding contract between us.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT but exclude postage/packaging.

Prices, offers and products:
Are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the web site is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either contact you to ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price, or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Once we have received your order and payment we will pack and dispatch the item. We will aim to do this within 2 days for all orders being received in to our shop Mon-Sat (excl. Bank Holidays).
Delivery is charged as shown per item on your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.

Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer’s expense in original packaging and condition. Refunds will be issued once we have received the goods in their original condition. The refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.
